With over 40 years of experience in the distribution industry, my extensive expertise in leadership and team management allows me to excel at inspiring and developing sales teams, resolving conflicts, and building cohesive units. My experience extends to customer relationship management, demonstrating a strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Our goal at J&K is to help streamline the purchasing process and provide above and beyond customer satisfaction.

I enjoy cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and making meals for family and friends. I value my quality time with my loved ones and enjoy being on the water, crabbing and fishing. My personal and professional life is guided by a commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and a balanced approach to work and personal interests.

As the VP of Finance, I primarily manage general accounting tasks, including financials, credit, and collections, and oversee the company’s IT needs. I enjoy the collaborative aspect of working with customers to achieve common financial goals. Throughout my career, I have learned the importance of building and maintaining trust with our customers, particularly in the aerospace, industrial, and military applications we serve.

Outside of work, I have a keen interest in macro finance, enjoy kayaking, and love building with Lego. I am proud to have recently celebrated my 25th anniversary with the company.

As the Director of Business Development at J&K Connectors, my primary responsibility is to lead strategic initiatives that promote business growth and market expansion. I find great satisfaction in understanding the unique needs of each client and delivering solutions that perfectly match their requirements. In the aerospace industry, I’ve learned that efficient and timely service is key to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting critical operations.

I enjoy spending time with my family and indulging in outdoor activities such as paddleboarding, mountain biking, and BMX, which provide a perfect balance to my professional life.

I am responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. I enjoy building strong relationships and understanding our customers’ needs, helping them achieve their goals and succeed. One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned in the industry is the importance of excellent customer service in building long-term partnerships.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, enjoy listening to music with my sons, and love watching them play sports.

I provide product expertise and support to both customers and the sales team.  I enjoy helping customers find the perfect solutions for their needs and building long-lasting relationships and trust with them.  Throughout my time in the industry, I’ve learned the importance of the quality and reliability we provide to our customers.

I cherish the time I spend with my wife; we love camping and enjoying our Great Danes.

As the Quality Manager at J&K Connectors, I oversee our quality management system while also participating in various operational roles. Having been with J&K for 25 years, I bring extensive knowledge of the business and its operations, gained through hands-on experience in multiple roles. What I enjoy most about working in the aerospace, military, and industrial applications industry is knowing that we provide solutions that keep the industry moving forward. I’ve learned that strong communication skills are invaluable in fostering a successful and cohesive organization.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending quality time with my family. A fun fact about me is that I learned to play guitar as a teenager and still play today. I’m inspired by team efforts and the recognition of my contributions, which drive me to continue delivering excellence in all that I do.
