A: If your requested part is in our inventory, it often ships the same day. We are a stocking distributor and keep many items in inventory. For out-of-stock or hard-to-find items, J&K’s customer service team will provide you updated information on individual deliveries.

A: We specialize in spare or aftermarket parts for the aviation, military, and industrial sectors. Although J&K distributes the following categories of parts (including MIL-SPEC): electrical connectors and connector accessories, landing gear conduits and accessories, we may be able to fulfill your other needs. We are a preferred supplier for Eaton Cooper conduits and Eaton Souriau float switches, as well as RussTech contact retention testing tools.

A: J&K has been in business for 6 decades, and a sales team with a combined 80 years of experience. If you need a specific aftermarket part that is not in inventory, we likely know where to get it. We are your knowledgeable, trusted resource for these and related items.

Q: Which certifications do you have and where can I view them?

A: J&K has current AS1900D, ISO 9001, AC 00-56B, and ASA-100 certifications. The documents can be viewed on our Quality Certification page.

Q: Does J&K manufacture custom parts?

A: No, J&K can source parts but is not a parts manufacturer.

A: Our main location is in Kent, Washington, USA. We stock tens of thousands of parts and ship from here. We can also drop-ship parts from manufacturers and other warehouses.

A: After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. The method of tracking varies based on the carrier.

Q: Which payment options do you accept?

A: Established clients may pay on Net Terms. New clients may pay by credit card or wire transfer.
