A: If your requested part is in our inventory, it often ships the same day. We are a stocking distributor and keep many items in inventory. For out-of-stock or hard-to-find items, J&K’s customer service team will provide you updated information on individual deliveries.

A: J&K has current AS1900D, ISO 9001, AC 00-56B, and ASA-100 certifications. The documents can be viewed on our Quality Certification page.
Q: Does J&K manufacture custom parts?
A: No, J&K can source parts but is not a parts manufacturer.
A: Our main location is in Kent, Washington, USA. We stock tens of thousands of parts and ship from here. We can also drop-ship parts from manufacturers and other warehouses.
A: After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number. The method of tracking varies based on the carrier.
Q: Which payment options do you accept?
