J&K Customer Service Policies

Certificate of Conformance

It is hereby certified that all materials used in the quantity called for on the subject purchase order conform to the material and/or manufacturing specifications as called for on said purchase order at the time of manufacture.

Payment

J&K Connectors accepts a variety of payment methods for payment on approved accounts.  For customers who do not have an existing account, payment is expected upon order placement.

Shipping

Orders for in-stock parts which are placed by 2:00pm Monday through Friday, are typically shipped by 5:00pm the same day. Shipping services are provided by a variety of carriers, depending on destination and urgency. Shipping charges are applied to the invoice and are not refundable, even if the product is damaged or defective. Shipping time may vary depending on part availability and distance to destination.

Returns

All claims for error, shortage, or damage must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods. Parts must be returned within 15 days. Our liability is limited to repair and/or replacement of the parts shipped. A Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number must accompany all returned goods. Contact J&K for an RMA number.

Warranties

J&K does not provide any additional warranty beyond that provided by the part manufacturer. Each manufacturer’s warranty policy may vary from part to part, its application, and other stipulations. Please contact us if you have questions about warranties for specific parts.
